Mikautadze Dance Theatre will present “Love and Darkness,” its fifth full-length performance as a company-in-residence at the IPFW College of Visual and Performing Arts. The performance incorporates elements of multiple art genres.

“Love and Darkness” features the MDT dancers and collaborations with composers Debra Lynn, David Mikautadze, and Silbo Gomero’s Hope Arthur and Kurt Roembke. The evening will also highlight mezzo-soprano Alana Miller, The South Side High School Dancers, and a unique collaborative work with Nicki Meier, exploring trauma and the process of healing through artistic expression. Corey Lee will weigh in with lighting design and Jeanne Pendleton will create costume design.
