Fort Wayne Children’s Choir hosts ‘Come Try Us’

The Fort Wayne Children’s Choir will offer interested singers a free, no-obligation chance to attend a rehearsal and learn more about the choir. “Come Try Us” is for singers in the third grade and older.

Singers will choose one of the following times.

• Monday, March 26, 5-6:30 p.m. Rehearse with the Lyric Choir (Grades 3-4). Fort Wayne Philharmonic, 4901 Fuller Drive, Ivy Tech North Campus, Fort Wayne.

• Tuesday, March 27, 5-6:15 p.m. Rehearse with the Apprentice Choir (Grades 2-5). Holy Cross Lutheran School, 3425 Crescent Ave., Fort Wayne.

• Thursday, March 29, 5-6:30 p.m. Rehearse with the Treble Choir (Grades 4-7). IPFW Rhinehart Music Center, 2101 E. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne.

The FWCC provides opportunities to experience 300 professionally trained young voices. Singers represent 88 schools and 29 home school groups from eight northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio counties.
